 Late entry now open!

The Canberra Times Family Fun Run is a 10km run. The starting point is at the intersection of Justinian Street and Yamba Drive, Phillip. The route is along Yamba Drive through Yarra Glen to Adelaide Avenue. From Adelaide Avenue, runners turn onto State Circle and follow through to Kings Avenue and Kings Avenue Bridge from where they drop into Kings Park and run through to Commonwealth Park and the finish on the Rond Terraces which is directly across Lake Burley Griffin from Commonwealth Place. Timing for the run is obtained by a timing chip which is attached to the runner’s shoe lace. A runner’s time is first registered as they run over the registration pads placed on the road at the start of the race and again when they hit the pads at the finish line.

Failure to run over the pads at the start or the finish means that the runner will not receive a time.

Individual late entry: $40

Family late entry: $70 limited to five family members only.
