Warm Down Zone

The event village will host the Canberra Times Fun Run's first ever Warm Down Zone, run by our friends from Bikram Yoga Kingston. The yoga group are usually heating things up through their therapeutic hot yoga classes, which incorporate a series of beginner's yoga postures performed in a heated, humid room. For a cooler change, they will be leading stretching sessions that run all morning to help you warm down and recover post-run. With the help of Bikram yoga instructor and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Zoe Hewett, they'll lead you through "Stretch, Rest & Recover" loop of yoga postures and stretches for race recovery. Drop in for a 10-minute dose or hang out for a couple of rounds and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and reset! Bikram Yoga Kingston have extended an exclusive offer to all CTFR participants - a special introductory offer of $69 for 5 classes (SAVE over $40 off standard pricing). Head over to their website for more information. Terms & conditions apply.
