Pacing time - 14km 70 minsWhat are some of your PB’s? 2017 YMCA ½ Marathon (1.44), 2010 YMCA Women’s and Girls fun Run (5K) 21.54, and finishing my first trail marathon.
Recent Events: 2016 Bloody Long Walk/Run (35k), YMCA ½ Marathon (2017), Glow Worm Tunnel Trail Marathon (2017)
Why do you run? I enjoy the opportunity to relax and the time to think that comes with exercising outdoors. There is nothing like the feeling from completing a run, regardless of the conditions.
Favourite event: ½ Marathon. My first ½ was a canberra YMCA race in 2002 and i have aimed to run a half annually since then.
Running philosophy: Run for yourself, it’s something worth doing.

What are your running highlights? Running in a Commonwealth Games marathon qualifier - apart from 1 hour and 25 minutes and 400 places I would had been off to the Games!
Why do you run? For fun and it is something you can do anywhere, anytime and in any weather!
What is your favourite running moment? Running the Canberra Marathon with my brother.What keeps you motivated? To stay mentally and physically fit, the running community and life.
