YMCA Canberra Runners Club offers a dedicated training program to prepare runners for the Canberra Times Fun Run. This 10 week program allows runners to develop fitness and running strength in a fun and supportive environment.

It is suitable for those who would like to start running, developing runners wanting to step up for the next level, and runners looking to train with a group.

The program begins on 22 July and concludes on 27 September. Training is on three mornings each week – Tuesday and Thursday (6:30 am to 7:30 am) and Sunday (from 7:30 am).
